- Helped lead expansion of Youth Venture from three full time staff members to over thiry with a
critical partnership with the Corporation for National Service.
- Responsible for all activities in the Mid Atlantic Region
(from Philly to Richmond) including venture recruitment and development,
Partner development, media outreach, and foundation solicitation

- Responsible for responding to the concerns of, and promoting the President’s
agenda to, Governors, Lt. Governors, State Legislators and other statewide

- Responsible for Environmental, Agricultural, International, Economic

- Wrote proposal for education program in regional offices and presented

- Organized voter registration logistics for the 1997 elections in Mostar.
Worked with the military and the local government to secure registration
sites.
- Interviewed, hired and managed 15 local drivers and 15 local interpreters
and coordinated the efforts of 15 international voter registration supervisors.
- Assisted the Regional Core Supervisor with the communication and the
coordination of the field office.
