    Generation Rising. This page is a great international community of civic minded youth. Scott helps edit Shout! - their on-line magazine.
    Millennials Rising Strauss and Howe's most recent book on Millennials.
    The Fourth Turning. Site dedicated to Strauss and Howe's best-selling book.
    Growing Up Digital. Site dedicated to Don Tapscott's book.
    The Millennials. Site dedicated to discussing issues about the generation.
    United Leaders. This is a great generational-political site which speaks to the Millennials. United Leaders is a national, nonpartisan, nonprofit, student-run organization of college students inspiring each other to become honest, down-to-earth, political leaders.
    18to35 "18to35" is a national, non-partisan organization dedicated to engaging young adults in public policymaking and moving their issues and concerns to the forefront of policy debates. This is a great organization committed to innovation, deliberation and participation.
    Generation Net. Generation Net engages young people in the political process, tapping the power of the Internet to democratically determine our own non-partisan agenda, raise public awareness of pressing issues, and coordinate grassroots advocacy campaigns to generate national policy changes. Youth Vote 2000 Keep your eye on this page, because this will be one of the best sites for political information for the generation. Youth Vote
Project Vote Smart. This is an outstanding site for information about elections, candidates and voting.
Pop and Politics. "Farai Chideya, founder of PopandPolitics.com, is an African-American journalist, writer and new media pioneer who has been running her site for over five years. Aimed at engaging a younger, more urban audience, PopandPolitics tackles topics from hardcore political analysis to hip hop and electronic music." (from Alternet.org)
Young Politicians of America The YPA was founded to expand the democratic experience to the youth of our society. Our goal is to further democracy, participation in government, and good citizenship.
Congressional Youth Leadership Council. A non-profit, non-partisan, civic education organization that provides outstanding high school students nationwide an opportunity to study leadership, citizenship and government in the Nation's Capital.
Internet Headquarters for Student Governments.
Rock the Vote. Important site for young people to look at who want to get more involved in promoting voting and civic action.
2030 Center. An excellent political group that looks after the economic interests of those in there 20s and 30s.
Third Millennium. Another political action committee for young Americans.
United States Student Association.
USPirg. Site of the Public Interest Research Group dedicated to preserving the environment, protecting consumers and promoting democracy.
X-PAC. Another political action committee for Generation X.
United Leaders. A national, nonpartisan, nonprofit, student-run organization of college students inspiring each other to become honest, down-to-earth, political leaders. If you are a political Millennial college student, you must check out this site.
Hill Zoo. The homepage of Capitol Hill, this site is read by thousands of Congressional staffers each week. A good site for what Millennials on the Hill are up to.

Reform America, Inc. RAI develops the leadership skills of young Americans while engaging the public in the political and voting process. We are committed to engaging the young people of America in a drive towards reforming the voting systems and other entrenched but undemocratic institutional procedures in the United States.
United States Student Union (USSU). A national alliance of students of higher education united in the effort to increase student involvement in the public sector, protect students’ rights, promote representation, and increase access to higher education.
Teenagers for Republican Victory (TRV). TRV is a national coalition of high school students, determined to help elect Republicans and involve youth in the political process. Many of the leaders of Teenagers for Republican Victory worked for Teenagers For Bush-Cheney, which was a national youth group who supported President George W. Bush and other Republican candidates in 2000.
Bull Moose Republicans. The Bull Moose Republicans are a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting inclusion in the Republican party and American Politics through reform and outreach. Founded in 2000, our member base now reaches across 39 states.
Presidential Classroom. A great week long program where high school students learn about government.

Politix Group. An independently run private organization whose purpose is to increase knowledge and understanding of the political process with the purpose of inspiring early involvement and activism at the local, state and federal levels of government.
The Student Alliance to Reform Corporations. STARC raises our collective voice for positive change and realizes our interconnection with other struggles. We will challenge corporate power and create structural change, thus creating space for new voices to be raised and transformation to occur.     The Next Deal. Another great book. This new book by Andrei Cherny does an excellent job outlining the future of public life in the information age. I like it because he writes about a lot of history when talking about the future.
    Framing Youth. The best book I've read on the misconceptions about youth today - especially how our generation really is not violent.
    Quarter Life Crisis.

    NORML. National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws - oldest and largest national organization dedicated solely to reforming marijuana laws.

    2030 Center. In addition to being a good generational site, this group focuses on Social Security.

Globalism:

    Global Youth Connect. Started in 1997, these international young activists created an organization whose goal is to prevent human right and genocide from ever occurring. GYC's programs are challenging youth to transform the world around them.
    Just Act. JustAct is a national, nonprofit organization promoting youth leadership and action for global justice. Founded by students in 1983 as the Overseas Development Network, the organization has been a forum for thousands of young people to address global issues such as social inequity, human rights, and environmental sustainability.
    Center for Third World Organizing.
    Mladi Most. This is the Youth House that I volunteered at while in Bosnia.
    The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. This is the IGO with which I helped organize elections in Bosnia.
