      For the majority of Millennials there parents still pay their taxes, or they make too little money to even worry about this issue. However, President Bush made this issue one of the key elements of his campaign and he intends on making it one of the biggest priorities of his Administration.
      There is no evidence to suggest a uniform "youth" point of view on tax cuts, however it stands to reason that Millennials would give tax cuts a lower priority than other issues.

      President Clinton said that federal surpluses should be saved to pay down the national debt and save Social Security. President Bush feels a budget surplus means you need to extra money all back to the people. Millennials are watching the debate and wondering if their interests are being considered.
