New Year's Resolution

There is a great deal of evidence to support that Millennials tend to be more religious than previous generations. This will likely affect their political point of view. Especially with the line between church and state beginning to fade. Students are praying on high school athletic fields and the President established an Office of Faith Based and Community Initiatives in the White House. In addition to the relationship of Church and State, we also want to look at the generation's attitude toward the death penalty, abortion and other moral issues.
Increasingly a strict definition of the separation of church and state (one which would not allow any prayer in school or any association of the government with religion) is being questioned by society and political leaders. On the campaign trail and in the class rooms, religion is spoken about openly and faith is considered as a solution to society's ills.
