One of the most common news stories about youth today is about how a child gets access to a gun, and goes to their school to shoot someone. While the perception of violence among youth is significantly worse than the reality, gun control is a very important political issue for this generation.
We have not yet seen polling numbers or hard evidence to support our thesis, however we believe that Columbine shaped the attitudes of the generation and made them more prone to gun control - especially common sense solutions that have been opposed by "Second Amendment at all cost" advocates.

This generation has hunters and sportsmen just like the other generations, however even Xers didn't have to deal with metal detectors in their schools. And while schools are doing "zero tolerance" policies for students the government seems to have a lot of tolerance for gun makers and owners. However, as many people who have visited the site have informed us, not everyone agrees with this "liberal" thesis.

If you are a part of the Millennial Generation, tell us to what extent more control is needed or whether the current laws just need to be enforced more.
