| The 2100 Fund is in the process of applying for 501(c)(3)
tax-exempt status. The tax-deductibility of your donation depends on whether
or not the 2100 Fund obtains such status. If the application is granted,
as we expect it will be, we will notify you, and upon request, provide
you with a receipt for your donation, minus the value, if any, of any product or service you receive because of such donation.
